♥ Eco Lovely OrganiCup
Made of 100% medical-grade silicone, which is derived from quartz, which is the second most abundant mineral in the Earth’s crust and not hazardous to the environment.
OrganiCup is the award-winning menstrual cup that replaces pads and tampons. Easier, healthier, greener.
It holds 3 tampons worth and can be worn for up to 12 hours. It is simply emptied in the morning and evening, meaning worry-free periods all day and night.
OrganiCup is secured by a light suction seal, and due to the soft and flexible material you won’t you feel a thing. Once inserted properly there is no risk of leaking. Use OrganiCup for all your sports activities, including swimming.
No dryness and no infections because OrganiCup is made of 100% soft medical-grade silicone that doesn’t mess with your body’s natural environment. While pads and tampons absorb necessary vaginal secretions, OrganiCup only collects, thus eliminating irritation and dryness while ensuring that the pH-balance is kept intact.

Before first use make sure to disinfect OrganiCup by boiling it for 3-5 min. Repeat after each period.
Make sure to check out the step-by-step guide on how to use a menstrual cup.
● Simply fold the cup and insert: before insertion, fold OrganiCup (there are different folding techniques - see the video here).
When you’re inserting your menstrual cup, you need to keep it folded until it is inside of your vagina. Once the entire cup is inside of you, simply remove your fingers and let it pop open, it will create the suction seal.
● Reach in and feel around the base of the cup – it should feel round or oval and not have any noticeable folds. If you feel any dents, gently grip the base of the cup (not the stem) and rotate it to make it unfold. When the cup is unfolded correctly you shouldn’t be able to feel it and you will not risk any leak.
Once your menstrual cup is in place, try to pull the stem a bit, if you feel resistance, the suction seal has been created and the cup has been placed successfully!
● You can leave the cup for up to 12 hours (depending on your flow).
● To remove the OrganiCup, grab the stem and pull it gently until you can get a grip around the bottom of the cup. Then you squeeze the bottom to release the suction seal, and you can take the cup out gently. By using your abdominals, you can help getting it out even more easy.
Empty in the toilet and clean with a cleansing wipe, toilet paper or rinse under water before you insert it again.
When your period has ended: boil the cup for 3-5 minutes in water or simply use an OrganiWipe to disinfect it and store your cup in the original OrganiCup cotton bag.
Please keep in mind, if you are a cup beginner user it may take a little while to become comfortable with it.
The customer survey showed it takes an average of two to three cycles to get used to the cup. But once you get confident with it you will wonder why you didn’t start earlier. 90% of OrganiCup users continue to use it and recommend it to others.
No plastic waste: the packaging is made from recyclable carton and instructions have been printed directly on the packaging to prevent additional waste. It is minimised in size to reduce emissions from transportation. The cotton storage bag is made from unbleached organic cotton.
In 2 years, you can use 528 tampons or 1 OrganiCup. Unlike disposable period products, the OrganiCup is reusable for years. This means 99% less waste created than disposables.
